Briony Kidd is an award-winning director, screenwriter and playwright, with a particular interest in horror, thriller, dark comedy and melodrama. She’s a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts School of Film and Television and lives and works in Tasmania.

In addition, she’s the director of the Stranger With My Face Horror Film Festival in Tasmania, which she and fellow filmmaker Rebecca Thomson founded in 2012.
